I got the picture.

I only go to California as a matter of necessity, and hate every minute of it except in the mountains.

California feel-good protest mantra (based on false premise): Herbicide treatments on forest land are bad. Put it out of business.

Intended consequence: bootleg pot farms on forest lands do not get sprayed with herbicides.

Unintended consequence: Brushfields remain brushfields instead of returning to forested status.
