That's EXACTLY it! I am such a grey kind of person that it's not very hard for me to read extreme things and find them intriguing. To then read that you are seen as being unthinking, when you have tried so hard to be fair, felt like a personal attack. Yes, I am for Obama, yes, I find Palin objectionable, but I believe it's because I thought about it, not because I tippled from the smiley little pitcher of cherryflavored liquid.
Mea culpa.

I think it's probably an indication of how intense this election has gotten for many of us.
