I BELIEVE THE 424B3 FILING RELATES TO THE 6% CONVERTIBLE SUB DEBENTURES. APPARANTLY THE BOND HOLDERS ARE FILING THEIR INTENTION TO CONVERT AND SELL THEIR STOCK.
