Hi G, I'm making plans to pay off my margin. I've had other assets that cost yielded less than my margin or my home. I'm getting tired of this stress. Pay the crap off ,make a mortgage like a regular guy and fuggetabout it. This is brutal and I've never considered this before. How are you doing? Bob
