All of Obama's spending plans financed on taxing the "rich" is now completely out the window. I don't think this crisis will slow him down. His whole Socialist outlook is based on "tax the rich." And deficit spend on top of that. I heard him talking at a rally yesterday in Indiana about opening their closed plants to make sunbeam panels for energy. It was all pie in the sky, but he believes it. I wasn't kidding about "emergency legislation" in an earlier post. He is capable of using this financial crisis as an excuse for all sorts of restriction on trade and free speech.
