- no 1250 x leverage via derivatives

- real estate in demand by 400 million folks

- no budget deficit to speak of

usa deficit will hit 2+ trillion next year, and total interest bill for total fed debt outstanding will be 1+ tril per annum

now, mathematically, usa debt is going exponential

and its money is kaput, resting on nothing but vapor, and shattering faith
