Right now- I wouldn't be surprised about the Feds trying just about anything, even things that are not really legal for them to do. A stock trading holiday is not only possible, but may be likely today. Are markets closed Monday for Columbus Day? That would make this an even longer, scarier weekend for longs to be holding..
