Your questions are probably best addressed directly to Stockcharts.com at their site, using the function to send a suggestion/question to Support.

There is also a pretty good forum over on iHub at
siliconinvestor.com

If that link doesn't work, you could just go to iHub and do a search for the Stockcharts user forum.
