Tim; OTOH that isn't exactly the a typical statement from Christians, while the type of statement that I'm talking about is fairly common from the political left. The statement from Christians is no more or less typical than the statements you attribute to the left. What is different is that you are offended and become incensed when you HEAR the comments - and then Palin encourages and fans the flames of that hate. I am likewise and offended when I HEAR the Christians try to push their morality on me through government. The big difference between those two issues is that one is dangerous because of its intense emotion - the other is nothing more than an "opinion" as to what is a fair tax. steve
