The statement from Christians is no more or less typical than the statements you attribute to the left. Its far less typical. Most Christians don't call non-Christians terrorists unless they are terrorists. OTOH the political left routinely calls broad based tax cuts "giveaways to the wealthy" or other words to the same effect.
