Indymac is playing fast and loose with impound accts. My friend told me got a notice from the County that his taxes were delinquent. Indy has been stringing him along for months now. if he doesn't pay the impound they will foreclose.... but when they get it they don't pay the taxes and insurance. sweet deal, no?
