Why should derivatives be regulated, other than the normal legal protection and enforcement of contracts and prosecution of theft and fraud? I don't wish to pay for even more government departments, inspectors, spivs and bureaucrats. Having a government official say that I'm not allowed to form a contract with somebody else is not something I want. Mqurice
