Where is your natural sense of american optimisism John? Man, we are a nation of pigs who just got found out. We have been that before. Now its time to show the world what America is all about. Our way of life is under seige and we will overcome. You and I are old farts John. Its not us who will right the ship, its the next gens. Boomers are a bunch of spoiled children. Too much Dr. Spock when growing up. We are whiners whose time has come and gone. And that goes for those of us who are progressive and the right wing scum that populates this thread. We continue to fight the old wars. Young folks are coming and they have that native sense of american optimism at the ready.
