<<“Governments and central banks,” he wrote, “could not have altered the course of the boom.”>>

Delusional...the man was and is a stone cold numb-nut.
He had the highest power in the USA (or World) to nip the boom in the butt, but he didn't want to be the bad guy I guess. Stuff like this I call "Americana Fault" and it's everywhere.

Just like the PC trend in youth sports, everyone gets to play equal and we don't keep score so we don't hurt any feelings??? I call this the "wussifcation" of our youth. TFB...someone has to lose that's how it works. I've noticed an interesting trend here also. Coach's whom are successful in the business world often try to skirt the league rules of equal play or bring up that ringer kid to help them win? They may be the nicest & most respected people in the community ..but when it comes to winning a 11y old soccer game they don't give a shit, they just don't want to be a loser. I too was being brainwashed, but now I carry an extra jersey or two in the bag so my team has a fair chance. <GGG>

Everyone should do their part this weekend to turn the tide for our coming generations..., tell someone "NO" today. Tell them they "can't have it" or that they will have "to do it themselves." There's been too much "YES" going on for the last 10+ years....and keep score, not everyone can win.

ps...I'm not saying berate your 4y old...but by the time they are 7y-9y it's time to start the De-wussifcation process and have it in full De-Wussy mode by 12y-14y. I have to run, my son just leveled up on XBOX.
He's going to lose today and learn to be a man.
