Why is the dollar rising while the Fed is printing money like no tomorrow buying bad debts and US interest rates are low? Flight to quality? All else being equal it seems the US actions should have lowered the value of the dollar.

I've gotta do a big foreign exchange deal soon, and I'm selling dollars. I don't mind the move up, but I wonder if I should do the deal ASAP or wait another month or two (an option). Chart seems to tell me to take my time.
