Obviously the court don't share your opinion . This is not a frivolous action on Berg's part. Why is Obama not being open and direct. Why is he holding this in obeyance. Is it that he has the proof and wants to make a big splash at the last minute-------saying oh see I qualify. October 15th is D-day for Obama.
