But C2, atomic weapons don't kill people. People kill people. It's a red-blooded right to bear arms. The constitution didn't limit arms to 18th century muskets. AK47s, mortars, howitzers = they are just arms. All you trendy leftie socialist nanny-statists hope that government regulation will make things work well. It's true that protection of private property, enforcement of contract, prosecution of theft and fraud and auction of the fraudster's body parts are highly desirable to maintaining a fine economic system, but a credit default swap is not an atomic bomb, it's just a contract.
