The second link has numerous photos, etc. of the birth certificate and they're very confident it's genuine, plus it should be very easy for officials to check if there really is any doubt... He was born in Hawaii ==> he is an American citizen. End of.
The other argument is that Obama became a citizen of Indonesia when he was living there and his stepfather adopted him, and thus at that time lost his US Citizenship. I understand it's true that as far as Indonesia was concerned, because they didn't do dual nationality, he was their citizen. But U.S. law would still recognize Obama as an American citizen.
