Yes, I'm big time concerned about sending the money for 15 million barrels of oil overseas. That's why I've been a big proponent of a massive effort to get us to oil independence and am in favor of 1) big time conservation, 2) alternative energy, and 3) drilling everywhere. We can be oil independent in 20 years if we had the political willpower to do it.
