WITH THEIR LATEST COURT FILINGS IN PHILADELPHIA FEDERAL COURT, it appears as if the Democratic National Committee is trying to stall and avoid discovery until after the election so that Obama can step down and still leave a Democrat in the White House after the biggest voter fraud in history. That way, Biden can step up and pardon Obama the way Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon.
Obama has committed campaign fraud to the tune of $425 million dollars. He is not a US Citizen. He is an Indonesian or Kenyan Citizen. Obama claims to have been born in two different hospitals, while he has no original Vault Birth Certificate. Only a "report of previous birth" created after his mother flew back to Hawaii after he was born.

Obama's own sister says she saw him born in Kenya. He was then naturalized as an Indonesian when his mother married an Indonesian Citizen. He was enrolled in Indonesian schools as an Indonesian citizen. After he moved to Kansas, he never applied for US citizenship or became naturalized. He was ineligible to be a US citizen at the time because of his Kenyan father or revoked because of his adoption by an Indonesian stepfather. In either case, he was not a citizen under the US citizenship laws in effect at the time of his reported birth.
Why is the DNC stalling, and why won't Barry Soetero a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama produce an original vault birth certificate? It's because it doesn't exist, or won't exist until he or the DNC can create a forged birth certificate and some nurse who might be willing to perjure herself and claim that she saw him born. Alternatively, they plan to take the White House by fraud and then have Biden pardon Obama as I have surmised.
In any event, Obama is not a "natural born" US Citizen as the Constitution requires.
Even Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe never tried to pull off one like this. Obama's claim citizenship is the fraud of all vote frauds in history.
By the way, John McCain is a "natural born" citizen, since he was born in the US territory of the Panama Canal Zone, the child of two United States citizens, also under the applicable law at the time.
