If Bush had any sort of allegiance from the American people, perhaps (c) and (d) could happen. However, when 70% of Americans are itching for you to take a hike, I do not see how you could pull something like that off. There would be anarchy. This is what the right to bear arms is all about: Stopping lunatic presidents who orchestrate financial meltdowns on their watch in order to become King.

I don't think so. Bush is probably relieved to be done.
