hmmmm...i agree panic buying.... however....valuations are coming down to reasonable levels but earning are also coming down.... all sectors have been hit hard too many people are calling a bottom if i think logically and rationally i want to wait and in some respect i have too since i locked up large portions of cash in 4 mos cds at 4% ; )
