Remember that CFO and the owners are a big family, or so it seems. Fred Archibald, the VP Exploration has been working for the owners for the last two decades. His father worked with the owners' father since the late 1970's or so.

I think the original agreement might eventually be modified. I had a chance to speak with the owners and they seems very flexible and interested more by the exploration progress than by the short term money.

I am not sure CFO will have to put $9 millions in December. It could be a combination of cash and shares at a later date in 2009, or shares in December and cash later on...or some sort of combination that will allow CFO to continue drilling with current funds throgh 2009.

Shares might represent better long term value for the owners especially if CFO is able to grow the resources significantly.

We cannot be sure today, but we will have a better idea after the next N43-101 on all properties.
