MB,

Noticed that Templeton Vietnam Fund (with 32.4% HK, 26.6% Thai, 20.6% Sngpr., 5.1% Indonesia, 2% Belgium and 13% cash allocation as of late August) was not on your list. Fund currently trades around 8% discount to NAV but is tendering for half outstanding shares.

Any thoughts? Would you step up to the plate in SE Asia at this time or wait for it to stabilize?
