Bullish Percents Average Level: 5.45 game meta wall oil rest tran medi oils prec real stee tele wast aero auto buil busi comp elec euti fina fore inet mach prot semi soft biom chem guti heal insu leis text drug hous bank reta savi food 0-14 16-20 22-26 28-32 34-36 38-42 44-46 48-52 54-56 58-62 64-66 68-72 74-78 80-86 88-100 this is the sector bell curve for the 40 sectors i watch on Point & Figure, they are at the back of the left goal line. they could go coast to coast as well...but at the very least a move toward the mean or middle of the trading band would be in order at 50% right in the middle of the field...that would be some move folks. never in the history of keeping these charts have they looked as oversold as this one...same for ALL the bullish percents at some point near the end of this week i'll be long some in the markets with financials heavily weighted...UYG or XLF...
