ManyMoose put the tree down right where he wanted it to go and did not kill himself or anybody else. Big mess took all day to clean up.

That is good. We really like them to go where we are aiming them when they are near the house:)

My neighbor had about a 35' tall birch that was dead right next to his house. He had a tree service tell him it would be 1100 I think or something there abouts. I looked at it and said hell, I can take that out of there. So one Saturday when he was away (he not only wouldn't be any help he would be a hindrance if you know what I mean:) the wife and I took down his tree and diced it up and stacked it and then removed the stump with my skid steer. The roots ran all over his yard so I ended up doing a lot more axe work then I was looking forward to but by the time they got home it was just a patch of smoothed over black dirt.

I think they got a bargain for a bottle of Crown Royal:)
