Mr Fred Hewett reports
NDT Ventures has agreed to finance its 50% share of an increased drill budget on
project No. 79
in the South Voisey's Bay project area. Project No. 79 is a joint
venture between NDT (50%), Donner Resources (25%) and Latitude Minerals
(formerly Lumina Investments) (25%) with Teck Corp as the field manager.
Following a site visit by one of NDT's senior geologists, the company has agreed
to a budget increase of approximately $300,000. These funds will be used to
complete additional diamond drilling in the order of 900m in a minimum of three
holes to continue the testing of a favourable geologic environment for significant
nickel-copper-cobalt deposits. To date, Donner/Teck have completed a total of
1,682m in seven diamond drill holes on project No. 79. Results will be released
as soon as possible.

from nr Sept.16/97:

... NDT has been informed by Donner/Teck that drilling is continuing in the South
Voisey's Bay area on project 79. Detailed geological mapping, line cutting and
grid based magnetometer, MaxMin EM and gravity geophysical surveys have
been competed. Drilling has commenced and to date a total of 8 holes (1,625m)
have been completed. Drilling continues on the property and results will be
announced as they become available.

Crews are presently demobilizing NDT's camps and the company will begin a
thorough review of all 1997 Labrador exploration results.
In Brazil, field crews are actively exploring the company's land package recently
acquired in the Belo Horizonte area. Results will be released as they are
forthcoming, but it is expected that reconnaissance drilling will begin on several
high priority targets during a phase two program prior to the end of the year.
