Let's hope they don't get as corrupt, financially abusive and criminal as we are. The free-est nation on earth.

All this freedom stuff is a crock. Democracy is a crock. Representative electoral politics is simply a pretense at true democracy. The average citizen has as much say in what government does as he did in the times of Ancient Egypt. You can't even get a candidate elected who will pass legislation that is remotely what you may wish. They are all of the same stripe. It is a cabal of psuedo socialist lawyers who pander and lie to get elected.

In Canada and great Britain they once ran the government by petitions. That was how law was passed. No one passed any criminal law. That was decided by the courts. The parliament was there to decide the business of the nation and issued debt according to what the chancellor of the exchequer said was fair. Any member could call into question any bill on it budget and the house had to stop all activity until the budgetary money was proven to carry out that bill. Gradually the representatives of the parties had these citizen powers repealed as "unworkable". That power was taken away by Trudeau who ruled like a King by 37,000+ orders in council until all his law was passed that confiscated the wealth of the middle class outside Quebec.

There is no reason for these clowns to have all the powers they do. Someday we will have a revolution and take back to the people what was the people. The power to govern themselves without a lot of lawyer doubletalk.
