Mear the latter part of last week, there was talk that McCain was coming out with a new economic proposal. Then yesterday, Phil Gramm went on Face the Nation and said definitely McCain was coming up with a new proposal. Today, McCain's campaign announced there is no new proposal. Is McCain running his campaign like Bush is running the country? No New Economic Proposal Expected From McCain nytimes.com
