No, not for someone. Most people seem to be comfortable with that. For you. Which is why I asked the question in the first place while you were in Texas.

Your politics seem to me to be of the school where it's considered unfair for conditions for poor people to be at a lower standard than the rich. That school of thought is behind Canada's and Britain's aversion to supplementary medical care. So either I have misunderstood your attitude about equality or your favoring a two-tiered medical system is inconsistent.
