The trooper tazed a 10 year old boy, his step son, what would you call that? In the State of Florida, that's aggravated child abuse with a deadly weapon ... that clown would be looking at five years State prison in Florida, at least, maybe ten, depending on his score sheet... he would also lose his parental rights...
