You just are not changing the tone by switching from Ayers to Wright in my mind.

Let me attempt a translation.

The tone is different because the Ayers charge is bogus but the Wright charge has enough legs to be a legitimate question. Slamming someone for something legitimate is higher in tone, although still a slam.
