Obama doesn't think enough banks have fallen yet. 90 days is just for a start.

He also called for a $3,000 tax credit for each additional full-time job a business creates. That means a business that adds five jobs would get a $15,000 break. That would end after 2010 and would cost $40 billion, the campaign estimates.

But if the business makes too much money he'll raise its tax rate. 70% of the high income folks he'll raise taxes on own small businesses by a lot more than that tax credit. He also intends to slap health care mandates on businesses:

A new business mandate that will require businesses to contribute toward the cost of the Public National Health Plan

An individual mandate for children

Increased support for existing safety net programs, such as Medicaid and SCHIP
....
No small employer exemption from the employer mandate
Although Clinton plans to exempt small employers from her employer mandate, Obama would require all employers to contribute to the cost of health coverage for their workers.

Obama also is proposing letting people withdraw up to 15 percent of their retirement funds, to a maximum of $10,000, without any penalty this year and next. They would still have to pay normal taxes on the money. He said letting people dip into their IRAs and 401(k)s would help them get through tough times when money is tight.

Meanwhile the Democratic Congress is considering doing away with these all together. They want people dependent on government.
