I've heard of some of those emails and have seen some of those posts on SI over the years:)

You know when you wrote a letter you had time to proof read and such and set it in the mail box to go out in tomorrows mail. In other words you had a fair amount of time to re-think one of those scathing jobs or drunken idiocies. Not any more. I've read somewhere that when sending critical or complaining or love letter type emails you should wait 24 hours before actually sending and read it several times to ensure your saying what you want to say. Probably not a bad idea:)
