I reject your argument, cirrus...

All things considered, I'd say my post listing conclusions from the US Senate, Rumsfeld and Powell are more accurate than the conclusions of a conservative writer who is reported to be in line for a paycheck from Dick Cheney.

You are attempting to make the argument that a Senate document, which is filled with political spin and is not a true report on intelligence, is a more trustworthy source then one produced by analysts at the Institute for Defense Analyses.

Even worse, rather then attacking the argument, you make the typical ad hominem attack against the author by suggesting that there is some sort of sinister connection to a "Dick Cheney cabal".

You then conclude, based on your imagined sinister connection to the "Dick Cheney cabal", that your "sources" are more valid and accurate then mine.

This is really faulty logic and as a result, your argument comes off looking pedestrian at best...and infantile at worst.

But I do agree with this point: I don't see a way to reconcile our views. One can't reason with a child and so we will agree to disagree.
