I'm so sorry!! I hope we aren't fighting with our insurance company that long. But I do agree with you about them throwing something at you thinking it'll stick and you'll just walk away wanting to get it all over with. You are paying for certain things when you pay your premiums. Our homeowners policy specifically says "replacement cost on home and contents". We pay a high premium for that and have only filed a few claims in 30 years with this insurance company.
