They mainly go for voter suppression, but it certainly has happened in past cycles.

For actual voter fraud, Ohio in 2004 was really suspicious.

For registration fraud, shredding is pretty common.

So, despite this really being a Republican only issue, they still get caught with their hand in the cookie jar. I am sure if the Democrats started watching the Republican groups as closely as the Republicans scrutinize ACORN, they'd be a whole lot more.
