2 things keep bothering me.....the rydex ratio and specialist short sales asa percentage of sales........no where near where one would expect these numbers to be if we have a good bottom.....and unlike the 2002 low which was a 4 year cycle low.......the next 4yr cycle low isnt till 2010...all those great bottoms occured at 4 yr cycles...1986.87...1990....1994 ...1998 ...2002....2006.....
