Thanx Doug, I think there's some confusion about the shares we're talking about. Skeeter and I have been sparring about the 2,000,000 shares authorized in April 1997. These were immediately available for sale and I believe most were sold off, these were the compensation shares we were talking about. I think the shares you are talking about are the shares that are part of the merger agreement. Skeeter's harping about 2/3 of the company going to Morgan et al was, I assume, referencing the shares from March. When I get a chance, I'll check the filing again, as well as, the old posts to see if I can dig up the note from Morgan. I've said it before, and I meant it, I'm so confused.
