They just purchased the Qimonda stake in Inotera for $400mil which very cheaply got them an additional ~40K WPM capacity.

I think also with this it is less likely MU will buy all of Qimonda and basically bought the best piece and only the part that fits. I would think buying all of Qi would be like tying to stones together with both sinking to the bottom of the ocean. This was a drag IMO on the stock.
