Jeb was the one, not W. If the bushes hadnt run their family as if they were english aristocracy with the first born getting his birthright, none of these catastrophes would have automatically occurred. Jeb was competent and popular in Florida for the most part and not a mindless ninkinpoop like older Bro. You can bet the house things would have been far different under Jeb than under W.
