Sam, I don't like Vietnam Fund for the Hong Kong holdings. I think HK is overpriced and too well loved right now and I punted all my China/Hong Kong CEFs quite a while ago, so I am avoiding them as much as possible (yes, APF does have significant holdings there). I do have long Chinese CEFs short Hong Kong Webs in my income account, but that is just a play on the discounts. Other than HK, I like most of Asia with the exception of India, where I am now neutral and out. MB
