Well he has until today to release his birth records by court order. We shall see if there is any fire where there is a smoke.

That is not correct.

The only order issued by the Court in that case was the order denying Plaintiff's motion for a TRO.

The 15th reference was contained in Berg's response to the Defendants' motion to stay discovery. He proposed that the Court order production of the birth certificate by the 15th, but the Court has not ruled yet.
