I don't know, but I'm not particularly happy about it. One of my largest positions, down more than $1 on big volume. They report earnings tomorrow, and it looks like some people wanted to get out before the report. There has been price weakness in FDC since back a few weeks ago when First USA Paymentech (PTI, a very small competitor in the merchant processing business) pre-announced poor results for the Q. I hope it's no more than that, and that they will beat the estimates. Analysts seem to feel that PTI's problems were company specific.
