Sure it us. But, here is the problem. It is mostly groups like ACORN who get targeted with these sort of investigations. Despite the fact that there are Republican funded groups that have gotten into hot water over similar fraudulent voter registrations for similar reasons, but don't get targeted. It is only when someone complains that they registered Democrat, in those states who require you identify the state, or their registrations never go through that we hear about it.

It you are going to get outraged over voter registration fraud, why not nitpick every group registering voters instead of just those who focus on minorities and the poor? Why are fraudulent Republican registrations ok, but Democratic ones are not?
