There is a list of the complaints against ACORN here that seems pretty factual:

pajamasmedia.com

The goals of ACORN may be honorable, but there is definitely something wrong with the process.

The implication that Obama is somehow part of the fraud doesn't work for me. But the connection bothers some people, like my mother-in-law, who graduated from ROckford College and married a Rockford man, and has some very strong opinions about CHicago politics. Between that, and AYers, and Wright, and now the fact that Obama's campaign donated heavily to ACORN trouble, she feels there is a pattern of far left and dubious behavior.

I am not sure though how MIckey Mouse being registered to vote translates into a vote for Obama. What happens to registrations that make it somehow past the safeguard procedure? A VR card gets sent out? But the addresses are made up too, so that doens't make sense.
I am confused.
