Reagan is the one who started taking the New Deal apart and especiall unions and governemnt programs. He should have said FDR or Kennedy. As mentioned, when I was in California, Reagan cut the budget for the mentally ill and they were forcd onto the streets to live. That was the beginning of the plethora of tragic street people.
