Larry, * off thread * No, crashing while getting off the internet shouldn't happen. Do you click FILE and then EXIT? I use Navigator 3 for a browser and every couple of hours or so get a message (a Windows 95 message, I think) that ' this program has done something illegal and will be shut down'. Then I just restart Navigator. Have you tried to find a news group where you can post your problem? You can search for one at dejanews.com I got an answer to a printer problem this way once.
