No, frankly it was an honest, 'get your act together man' question. Sort of a slap in the face to a somebody that has gone into a fit of inexplicable rage.

What they chose to ignore was that the procedure was already illegal and the law was being touted as a way to begin an assault on Roe v. Wade.
