It's really sad when our worst enemies are celebrating our demise. You know what's interesting? I was thinking about Osama Bin Laden's threat right after 9/11. He said that he knew how to take us down and that he'd do it by forcing us into an endless war we couldn't afford, forcing us into economic turmoil. Damned if that isn't exactly what happened. Now, we can argue the details of cause and effect, but you know those bastages are celebrating their "victory" right now. It makes me so angry. Anyway, we know they are wrong. We've hit a road bump is all, painful though it is. Democracy and capitalism will survive to thrive another day. We're just in a really bad low cycle right now.
